Hi,
i am newbie on CCC but that forum has long tradition and many good people did a lot for it.
The current situation there could be temporary and may be it will be the time of recovery. I think all who are members of CCC shall try to save it and prepare the mods team who will defence the long tradition of CCC, saves as lot as possible. I do not have idea who shall be there but may be we can organize sth. here.

I think that founders of the CCC forum will be interested in that, it is their child :-). Temporary in the slavery ;-) .
So proposed team Bob , Chris W.,... i.e. Lets prepare it here, not to split our votes on July.
Lets not give up to early.

the founders are not interested anymore.

the owner of the site implemented an admin (S.H.) and intervened in the content process of the board.

Talkchess/CCC is finished.

We began the project in 1997. and the board has been hijacked by the owner of the site.
against the charta we made. against all contracts.

we have tried many times to rescue the forum (against the site-admin or against the owner of the site or against certain people who did their witch hunts against all kind of guys).
we were blackmailed , insulted, mobbed out, we do not invest any effort anymore to rescue
this "club".

game over.
we let this club to those idiots who destroyed it.
its all their property now. there they can now witch hunt and blackmail
or insult each other until they are dead.

they already thought of that back at Capitalist Controlled Club, according to the unelected tcadmin I am not a member and therefore can't be elected. since I never un-membered myself (ignoring them doesn't do that) and it takes a moderator vote and a reason (which can't exist by definition), this is another example of how the political but unlected tcadmin runs the place on behalf of himself and his masters

For me since now few minutes.

Here my "geman" Statement:
(my english is bad for this here, sorry)

Sad,
ED.

this forum is only something for people who have no dignity.
when we fought this implemented admin first time, it was clear for us
that the owner tries to INFLUENCE the CCC for his purpose.

the job of S.H. was to mob out the founders, to change the charter for
his purpose and to install a system of totalitarian repression.

Thorsten sounds wildly extreme (as usual!) but he's right in this case

It is always time to give up. Are you(we) not giving up too early ?
The loss can be minimized.
The shop can change the owner and the proper mods team can prepare a lot.

Most of the Founders now say what I said all along, right from the beginning, it was a mistake to put it on the site of the shop.

There's no pullback from that situation where capitalists can control the forum/club by controlling the software. Hence this forum here is way better, open, no capitalist interest. Additionally the existence of fascistic, racistic and plain moronic banners all over the walls of CTF by Frohlick has had a filtering effect on the membership - The tendency is for libertarians to stay clear assuming prima facie it's a right wing, fascistic site, rightwing monkeys join, the membership declines in quality and the pool of sensible people available to moderate is likewise small. Bear in mind that Frohlick was contracted by Schwartz (the shop) to make those posts, continuously, relentlessly - Frohlick himself admitted it. So you have to ask yourself what kind of site the shop actually wanted - a forum for all views? Or something suitable for their American market?

do you want to be in companionship with people who
haunt pirates and create witch hunts and demanded cracked software themselves ??

preachers anymore.
