Ed,
Film Generals is the forum in Imdb where people suggest a movie to some person and he creates the thread and welcomes everyone to post in their ratings about the film, and calculates the final score and adds it to the list. So, many films haven't yet been suggested.
I had suggested "The Lives of Others", he has yet to create a thread about it.

One is Blood Diamonds (Leonardi Di Caprio) the other one is Alive ( real story of a football team's survival in Andes)
