Computer chess tournament in Omegna (VB) - Italy on November

Hello programmers,

GSEI (the Italian group for chess and informatics) is proud to announce that the annual tournament will be hold in Omegna (VB) on November 9-10.
Both Italian and foreign programs may take part, the venue is on the side of the beautiful Orta Lake, you can take advantage of hotel price reductions, registration fee is 10 euros.
The tournament is a seven round Swiss with a time control of 30 minutes and 10 seconds increment, you have to use your own hardware, remote devices are not allowed.

IMPORTANT:
to help programmers who cannot come physically in Italy, we are trying to collect a number of computers and operators.
Up to now ONLY ONE is ready (namely a MacBook with an Intel Core 2 Duo T5600 @1,83 GHz and 2 GB RAM) so please hurry up and sends us a mail if you are interested.
