Suggestions for the website.

1. Have the schedule in a separate row.
Have one row for the Facebook News and Cross-table and move the Schedule to occupy a separate full row. The site anyway requires vertical scrolling on typical resolutions and increasing it a little more vertically will make the looking and navigating through these sections much easier than as of now.

2. Increase font size.
I need to be very close to the screen to read the various texts now (unlike the previous TCEC version which I could read from a mile away). I use 1920 width for my resolution with little over half that width allotted to the Browser and the rest for other windows. I already had to increase the width of the browser window a little to just fit in the current width of the TCEC site. Zooming in to increase the font size would require horizontal scrolling which I want to avoid. A redesign of the site to have only the chat (which can be popped out ) to the entire right side of the page would also work as I could zoom in to exclude the chat then.

3. Change the default for clicking on Archive to open in a new tab (like it happens for the Forum link). While one can always right click it & open in a new tab, the normal tendency is to just click it and that opens it in the live tab overriding it.

4. "Chatwing Chat Room Theme allows users to see who is logged in"

This would be a cool feature to include....

making the past games in the Schedule-Window "clickable" so a click on one of the games would open the game directly in a new browser tab

@1. I would have no problem with this.
@2. I don't have a problem at the moment. Ok, i have a big screen and i think with smaller screen it could be a problem. Maybe two possible font sizes to choose from.
@3. I totally agree! Important feature. (I also agree with styx, that goes in similar direction)
@4. In principle yes but with many logged in users that could be a problem.
Own suggestions:
5. For those with small screen possibility to hide engine information like Depth, Speed, TB hits...
6. On the other hand I'd like to see the move time of the engines (since how long they are calculating on actual board position) like on the old website.
7. Generally I liked the old website more, maybe we could switch back.
8. For 50€-VIPs include possibility to ban people. ;) I think then many more people would buy VIP. :D

Definitely: I would like to be able to see the cross table and schedule better. Having to do lateral scrolling to view bits and pieces of these is really uncool.

In the PV window for black (at least, why not both?), I would like to be able to flip the board. I don't see that option if it already exists.

You can flip all the boards at once, from the menu: Menu -> Tools -> Rotate Board
You can't flip a single board; it probably would result in a very confusing display, especially in the ending phase.

I would like to see variable length openings, since different openings require different number of moves to properly develop. While they may be difficult to select & implement, maybe it could be tried for just one of the Stages. Since in this Season, the openings for the Superfinal were hand analysed/picked, that would have been a good Stage to experiment with variable length openings. Maybe try it for the next Season Superfinal?
