Looking for a utility

i'm looking for a utility that can do the following:
o load/reference a chess engine
o configure it to search to a specific depth
o feed the utility a list of positions
o have the engine analyse each position
ok, so far it sounds like what Arena can do, but the analysis from Arena is used to match best moves against what the engine says the best move is.
what i want is the output to include the score from the engine for each position.
does anyone know of another GUI or utility that can accomplish this?
if not, i'll do it the hard way! LOL
