Three laptops, two desktops all 32b. All old school pentium 4 and older. I have a netbook that maybe 64 bit but I don't use it for chess.

It's at the bottom of the official page:

Komodo 2.01 can't find mate in 1 here:
r1bq1r2/pp6/4N2k/3pPppP/1b1n2Q1/2N5/PP3PP1/R1B1K2R w KQ g6 0 1
h5xg6#.

Probably a problem with fen parsing ('g6' is just ignored).
Analysis by Komodo64 2.01 64 bitM:

I must be blind then. :D

All I can find on komodochess.com is
Another great game is called Arimaa. Details at arimaa.com

Get more chess engines from Jim Abletts excellent web site at Winboard chess projects

See Aart Bik's Android page for information on using Komodo on the Android platform.

Similary tester version 03 for windows sim03_win.zip
Similary tester version 03 for Linux 64 bit sim03_linux64.zip
So, I can see only 1.3 JA version, not the 2.01 JA one.

JA's website linked on komodochess http://homepages.tesco.net/henry.ablett/jims.html is JA's old website : "Error 404 The page you requested does not exist" now...

And since 12-06-11, on JA's new website ( http://jimablett.hostwebs.com/ ), we can find Komodo 2.01 now, but not the JA compile :
Komodo 2.01 (UCI)

Windows/Linux/Mac/Android

Compiles are by Don Dailey
Android compile by Aart Bik

Based on what I've read from Don, expect a 2.02 release in the next couple of days + 32-bit versions.
