Komodo plays a well-rounded, positionally mature style of chess. Like... Magnus Carlsen, to name one well-known player who plays "boring" chess. I've said it before, but I'll repeat: Komodo is the only analysis engine I've used which regularly provides the same human-comprehensible alternative strategic lines suggested by my teacher (an IM).Carlos Ylich wrote:I think Komodo boring.

I like engines with style. How Critter 0.90 or Hiarcs padderborn
But if you like swashbuckling, there are lots of 19th century game compilations (and reckless engines) out there, too.
