Fritz 14

I am thinking of buying a new computer for Fritz 14 - is a separate graphics card needed (like the Fritz case says)? I would like to get a laptop, however it seems that graphics cards are only contained in desktops.

The graphics requirements for Fritz are very modest compared to some of today's games; where the fine print says "graphics card", interpret that as "hardware acceleration for 3D graphics". Many contemporary laptops have at least entry-level 3D chipsets, but it never hurts to ask. If they try to sell you the latest über-gaming graphics card, you're buying way more power than you'll really need for Fritz.

Cheers!
