I'll keep this brief, since I'm vaguely involved in the Komodo project: http://komodochess.com/Komodo8-40a.htm

Enjoy!

I am really enjoying analyzing my games with this engine. Very impressed to the least! :)

Komodo #1 (for how long?) on IPON http://www.inwoba.de!

<conflict of interest>For those of you who use the ChessBase Online app, allow me to draw your attention to the Play Store version of Komodo 8 for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... ess.komodo. Right now, it's supported in Chess for Android, Chess PGN Master and ChessBase Online (it's in a special format which those programs know how to deal with). But it's the only way to get Komodo 8 running in ChessBase for Android.</conflict of interest>

An amazing feat, considering the army of people working on Stockfish, and the resources at their disposal.
