On blitz time controls I always lose. But On Rapid time controls I can make a few draws in some games( if I want to say the truth with using 2-3 hints and help from engine). But I never lose to engine less than 25 move. Thats because I can play all the openings and their sub variants presented on Fritz GUI with both white and black. And this is a great advantage for an amateur chess player. When you know openings well you can play with every opponent. This practice has been very useful for me , I lose to swordfish as expected but when I play with human chess players who are my friends too the story is completely different. It is most important that you never get bored from your loses against engine. Almost every night I play with swordfish. I choose an opening from Fritz GUI and adjust the time and play.one time with black pieces and one time with white the same opening. In rapid games I play the second game on next day. This is very good practice, you can try. It will improve any players strength level.

Thanks. Totally the best practices for chess as most of the members know are:
1- solving tactical puzzles. My personal rating on the site: chess puzzles. Net with the same username (Homayoun) which is my first name too on Friday 7/7/2023 was 2465
2-Analyzing your personal games against others specially with the help of engine.
3-practice endgames.
4-playing some blindfold games
5-playing some games on different time controls against engine as a very very strong (super strong) opponent. Although it is not recommended for beginners or at least they should use engines that have lower ratings just closed to their ratings.

It's better to make a chess engine with a Learning Algorithm + capable of program self as much as he can upgrade to himself, or change his own program. In other words with knowledge of chess game and have knowledge of coding.

On a 4 Cores PC, puzzle can be solved by ShashChess 32 and Crystal120723 in 10s and 5s respectively.

But this puzzle below (very hard to find Queen sacrifice) could be solved in 20s by Swordfish 15.5 ! The 2 others SF clones could not find it so fast. Swordfish is a great engine.
