A little follow up:

I have implemented a rating system on my website based on elo. However since this rating system is used for chess endgame puzzles only, material imbalance and difficulty of endgame are some of the parameters I use to adjust the elo.

I believe it could be fun to make some kind of game rating available to the members who play on my chess endgame website http://www.chessendgames.com . I guess using the ELO rating system would be the obvious choice here, but I am not absolutely sure, how to figure out the actual rating ...
