New test set 'pure'

This test set is composed of 6 files:
1) culls.epd Culls are problems which are from another problem, farther towards the end of a PV (so they are already in the set)
2) culls-ana.epd Culls-ana is the culls problem set with analysis

While the culls files are redundant, they are still interesting ...

Do you use bitboard or some kind of array representation? If you use bitboard, you might look at Olithink. His evaluation mostly relies on mobility.

Building a repertoire using computers is a difficult problem.
You could, of course, go by popularity. But those are the openings which have already been studied to death.

Both engines suffer from the Stockfish "Freeze on a big fail high" where it will not out put anything, even when the flag falls, after a massive fail high.
This is only a problem with extremely difficult checkmate positions.

It works for me with 1 GPU, but I have two of them.

I tried your setting multi_stream=true,(backend=cuda-fp16,gpu=0),(backend=cuda-fp16,gpu=1)
And I get no errors on startup. I also get no output. This is the log:
