converter for pgo books created by Lucas Chess

Hi can someone, with program skills create a converter for pgo books please, (pgo to pgn).
Lucas chess has a very nice option to only import only the best moves
from a bin book, for one color to a Personal Opening Guide.

The opening guide is a pgo file. If I open it with a text editor it
looks very much like a bin book. But the are different.
I know it is possible to convert a polyglot bin book to pgn.
I want to be able to convert these pgo files to pgn, so I can use them
to train with chess position trainer or chessable. Also to sort the pgn files by openings names with Hiarcs Chess Explorer.

Lukas chess is free, the created pgo files are in the directory:
C:Program Files (x86)LucasChessUsrData

Lukas Chess is open source, its created with the program
language python.
