Can convert CTG to BIN and lots of more :
PGN generation from all supported
opening book formats ("abk", "bin", "ctg", "exp", "obk")
BIN generation from PGN
ABK generation from CTG
EPD generation from PGN etc.

That is the right file... you dont double click the file, it is a command line program
