27-6-2018 New version released, minor GUI improvements (some frames were not always on top) , bug fixed in client / server mode making castling.

16-7-2018 Changes in the chess engine planing mate routine, to take full advantage of it is nice if you have rather powerful system, but you can play with less strong system also of course. Currently only in Java Linux/Mac version. Planing to implement it in Windows version coming days.

RelaxChess is possibly the first java chess game that runs on just released Java11 of Oracle. In the bundle there are now two scripts to start, one using old Java 8 of Oracle and other to use Java 11. It is advisable to use Orcle java and not OpenJava running RelaxChess. The download link stays the same

21-10 Improvements in preparing mate functionality. Since now the new functionality is being built only in Java 11 version.
