Lizard 10.2 wins Swiss CEDR Tournament, 2024.02.10-11

Lizard 10.2 unexpectedly wins the tournament. Although it loses to Eman 9.90, it wins with the Leptir 070224 engine. The new version of the Boot 7.3 engine also achieved good results.

Berserk 12.1 wins Middle Class Engines (Tests by Jörn Gronemann, Heide, 2024.02.12 Time: 3'+3")

Berserk 12.1 is still the best engine among the "middle class" ones. Ethereal (currently a commercial engine) is in second place, but at a loss. The third one is Caissa 1.16, but version 1.17 has already been released, which plays stronger by 15 ranking points.

This time the "original" Stockfish 20240209 was the best. Score 30.5 (out of 38 games) and undefeated. Second place is the SF-PRO 05.02.2024 engine made available to us for testing (for now only for our testers).
Third place - Stockfish 20240203 Ivec.

The successful Stockfish 20240209 build wins another tournament. In second place is the "new" Eman 9.90. Places 3 to 5 with the same number of points were taken by the following engines: Brainlearn 27, CorChess 20240209 and ShashChess 34.6.

The big tournament was won by the SF-PRO 05.02.2024 engine, which is available to Chess Engines Diary testers. Interestingly, this engine lost 2 games, but won as many as 9 games!
Second place was CorChess 20240213 and third was Stockfish 20240214.
